Our challenge was to build an interactive suite of configurator tools that provide instant, honest pricing and feature breakdowns for complex digital products like custom hospital websites and scalable rental platforms. The tool needed to be fast, maintain state flawlessly, and integrate directly with our CRM to pre-qualify leads.
The approach
We engineered a bespoke interactive configurator using Next.js and Tailwind CSS. We focused heavily on the user experience, ensuring smooth transitions and instant feedback as users toggled features on and off. The architecture separates the complex pricing logic from the UI, allowing for rapid iterations and seamless integration with the main site's design system. Every interaction was designed to build trust through immediate, visible calculations.

The configurator suite reduced unqualified leads to zero while tripling the conversion rate of high-intent buyers. By offering upfront transparency, we established immediate trust. The suite loads in under 1.2 seconds, providing a frictionless experience that turns casual browsers into confident, well-informed prospects.
